Asbestos free, environmentally safe RapidWrap® thermal removable insulation covers incorporate a totally self-contained insulation system, constructed of a fiberglass or ceramic filler encased with a fully encapsulated outer jacketing. RapidWrap” covers are fabricated using field verified dimensions that are translated into CAD generated drawings for a perfect fit every time. Because cover pieces can be easily removed and installed using your personnel, you save on installation costs.
Our top quality insulation materials can help you reduce fuel consumption by as much as 96%. In addition to cost savings, less fuel means reduced pollution as fewer greenhouse gasses are produced. Each cover is assigned its own unique number, embossed on a stainless steel plate that is securely attached to the cover to assist when reordering.
